Tina Newcomb is a teenage girl who is a committed feminist. She and some of her more "militant" friends decide to form a chapter of the organization Power of Women and hold a rally in the park. Her boyfriend, Keith Partridge, promises her that the Partridge Family will perform at the rally. She and her friends immediately start printing posters advertising the Partridges' appearance. Keith invites Tina for dinner at his house, where she annoys the family by ranting about the evils of the family unit. At the P.O.W. rally, which is picketed by the Morality Watchdogs, Tina tells Keith that the lyrics of I Think I Love You are anti-woman and tells him to use a women's liberation songbook instead. They get into an argument in which Keith accuses Tina of wanting to censor him and says that the family is leaving. Tina tells the audience that the Partridge Family will not be performing, but then the family steps on stage anyway and starts playing "I Think I Love You" over Tina's protests. Both Tina and the Morality Watchdogs end up liking the song. As of the end of the episode, Keith and Tina are still dating.
