Mr. Felcher is Laurie Partridge's math teacher at San Pueblo High School. She has a B average in his class. He catches Laurie Partridge returning a copy of tomorrow's math test to his mailbox and thinks she stole it to cheat on the test. That Thursday, Laurie is tried in student court. Mr. Felcher acts as the prosecutor. Keith Partridge, acting as the defense attorney, is unable to come up with any evidence and has all his arguments shot down by Mr. Felcher or the judge. Finally, he says that Laurie must be protecting one of her friends. Cindy Brown comes forward and confesses.
