Marc Baldwin is a cook who works for the Town House Tavern.

Marc used to go to the same high school as Keith and Laurie Partridge. After he graduated over a year ago, he went to the Village Quarter for college. He works at the Town House Tavern nights and weekends. He and his coworkers have been growing more and more upset about the low pay, the lack of job security, benefits, and sick leave, and the poorly ventilated kitchen.
On the series[]
The Partridge Family arrives in the Village Quarter to play the Town House Tavern. He and Laurie are happy to see each other again. Shortly after the Partridges arrive, Marc leads the Town House Tavern employees in going on strike. Laurie refuses to cross the picket line by performing. When negotiations fail, Danny Partridge locks Marc and Marino into Marino's office together and refuses to let them out until they've reached an agreement. Eventually they do reach an agreement, which includes better pay and scheduled breaks for the employees, so Danny lets them out of the office and the employees go back to work.
